Newlands Court Phase 1

The Newlands Court Phase 1 development was completed in 2003 and is home to a number of residents.

A courtyard setting consists of 15 3-bedroom Cotswold stone cottages that have been designed with the exclusivity to those people over the age of 55. Designed for independent living and to compliment the architecture of the main Newlands house, the development consists of a courtyard setting with each property having its own private garden whilst enjoying access to the delightful maintained gardens of Newlands, bordering onto open countryside beyond with views across the Dickler valley.

The formal gardens each have an individual character, from rose beds, ornamental pool, bird tables, urns and summer house. This is completed by courtyard terracing which provides each level with a unique character.

Each cottage carries an NHBC certificate, which guarantees quality construction.

Newlands Court Phase 2

We are currently in the midst of the phase 2 development building 15 Apartments and 5 Houses, which commenced in 2008, therefore this page is under construction and will be published at a later date.
