All 22 bedrooms, which include 4 double rooms, are well appointed and afford magnificent views over the delightful formal gardens and the surrounding Cotswold countryside.

All rooms are fully carpeted and decorated to a style reflecting the warmth of a traditional country residence and in keeping with the history of Newlands. Residents are encouraged to bring small items of personal furniture and treasured belongings when they come to live with us.

En-suite facilities are provided together with a telephone and if desired, a television set. Nurse call systems are installed throughout the home ensuring that a member of the care team is available at any time of the day or night. Passenger lifts ensure easy access to all areas of the house.

The classically appointed drawing and dining rooms are a perfect place for receiving visitors who are welcome at any time, as are the gardens.
